The rooms were very clean and the bathroom was luxurious; the staff was exceptionally friendly and pleasant.

Hotel Excellent though choice at breakfast limited, though very good. Best of all it was my birthday during visit which I had not mentioned but on the day all of the staff said 'happy birthday' to me and a bottle of champagne was left in our room, an excellent touch and showed that the hotel cared for its guests.

Location short walk to main tourist attraction, shops bars and restaurants and the Opera House and boulevard. Brand-new & well-equipped room, free Wi-Fi and a carpet in there.

Comfortable bed, luxurious bathroom, and a safe in the room. The hotel also has a multi-channel TV and a mini-fridge. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to City Garden. 🌟 There's also excellent service and nearby parking.

I'd give it more than 4 stars, everything was very good. The room was brand-new, with smoke detectors and magnificent views to the inside garden. The services were great, including absolutely superb and amazing breakfasts and free parking if needed.

The location couldn't have been more central, with everything within walking distance, including the shopping areas and the port. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. They even went out of their way to help me with directions when I had a car issue. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with the added bonus of a beautiful view of the opera house. The WiFi was reliable, and breakfast was included in the rate offered, featuring delicious local food options.
