Hotel Excellent though choice at breakfast limited, though very good. Best of all it was my birthday during visit which I had not mentioned but on the day all of the staff said 'happy birthday' to me and a bottle of champagne was left in our room, an excellent touch and showed that the hotel cared for its guests.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel located in the heart of the town, just across from the opera house. The location couldn't have been more central, with everything within walking distance, including the shopping areas and the port. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. They even went out of their way to help me with directions when I had a car issue. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with the added bonus of a beautiful view of the opera house. The WiFi was reliable, and breakfast was included in the rate offered, featuring delicious local food options.
No complaints, everything was truly enjoyable.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions and landmarks. Reasonable pricing for a central hotel, offering good value for money.- The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, especially Ksenia from the reception, who went above and beyond to assist me.- The luxury rooms are beautifully designed and provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay.- Conveniently located near many great dining and entertainment options.
The regular rooms could use some improvement, as they tend to be small and occasionally have a smell issue. The beds in the rooms could be more comfortable, making it harder to get a good night's sleep.
